Katse Dam
Katse Dam is a popular holiday destination, situated in the Maliba-mats’o River. This is the highest dam in Africa, also one of the world’s ten largest concrete arch dams in terms of volume, with a capacity of nearly 2 billion cubic meters and a surface area of 38.5 square kilometers. The dam provides in the region of 72 megawatts of electricity for Lesotho and earns millions in revenue for supplying South Africa with water. The construction of the Katse Dam started in February 1991 and was completed in May 1997.

Maletsunyane Falls is a 192-metre-high (630 ft) waterfall in the Southern African country Lesotho.[1] It is located near the town of Semonkong (Site of smoke), which also is named after the falls.[2] The waterfall is on the Maletsunyane River and it falls from a ledge of Triassic-Jurassic basalt.[3] Semonkong Lodge offers you the chance to explore the magnificent scenery and culture of Lesotho. The Lodge together with the local community provides ponies and guides for day trips to the Maletsunyane Falls.

Mount Moorosi
Is a mountain in the Drakensberg mountain range on the banks of the Orange River in southern Basutoland. It acquired the name Moorosi's Mountain after Moorosi, the Chief of a local tribe, who, after committing acts deemed to hostile to the Cape Colonial adminiatration, fortified himself on the mountain. "Moorosi's Mountain is an isolated, rising steeply on the south bank of the Orange River, about 1, 500 metres feet and connected with the range on the south by a low narrow nek." Stated by a Royal Engineer who was posted on the mountain after the siege began.
